Orders for boxed product.

Standard Orders are shipped using Royal Mail First Class post. The normal expected delivery time for boxed products ordered from this website to addresses on the UK mainland is 4 to 7 working days.  Orders to the Channel Islands, Northern Ireland and the Scottish Highlands & Islands may take longer.  Please note that we need a real address, as we cannot deliver to PO Boxes.

Please note that we can only send Boxed or DVD products to addresses in the United Kingdom or the Republic of Ireland. 

Orders via download.

This is the quickest and easiest way to buy software from this website. There is no charge for this service and you can get access to your software instantly. All you have to do is log on, pay, download and start enjoying – all in just a few minutes.
When you have completed your order, we will provide a link on the order confirmation page where you can download the software, with the serial number if one is required. We will also email all this to you after your order.

Orders via download + back-up CD.

When choosing a download version of the software, you can add a back-up CD to your order.  Burned with a copy of the file you’ve downloaded, this CD will guarantee that you can reinstall your software easily when needed without any time limit. And while we were burning your personalized CD, we added a few trial versions of software we thought you might be interested in discovering. The price of the back-up CD includes shipping. Please allow a week for delivery.

In many cases, we don’t offer a downloadable version of the software. In which case you will have to order a box…
