What is FaxTools eXPert Network?

FaxTools eXPert Network allows you to manage faxes the same way you manage your email. Whether you are using the Internet (FoIP) or a modem, this software works with your existing connection system and requires no phone line. With complete Outlook integration, FaxTools eXPert Network facilitates easy management of fax messages from the PC desktop, with attachments, mail merge, archiving, plus manual or automatic distribution.

Use any PC as a Fax Server
FaxTools eXPert Network can install on your existing structure using either a server or a Client PC as the actual fax server. If you install on a Client PC that machine will then become your "server" for all the other PC's in your company. Thus you can easily install FaxTools eXPert Network regardless of your business size, your pre-existing equipment and your needs. So get rid of your fax machines! You'll never have to stand in line again to send a fax.

Complete Integration with MS Outlook and Outlook Express
Using FaxTools expert Network is just as easy as sending an email. Integration with MS Outlook or Outlook Express allows you to design and add cover pages and control the look and feel of your fax messages directly from the Outlook interface.

Fax over Internet
You need to have a subscription with an IP fax operator in order to fax over the Internet. Avanquest Software is a partner wtih Venali , providers of fax over Internet services (FoIP). Please visit the Venali site to learn more about how to use the Internet to send and receive faxes in conjunction with your FaxTools eXPert Network software.
